Statement of Supplemental EEO Outreach Activities

1. R & R participated in job fairs and employment expositions to promote employment in the broadcast field.  Station personnel with substantial responsibility in making hiring decisions attended these events (including at each either the General Manager or the General Sales Manager).

On September 8, 2006, R & R participated in the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce Business Expo held at the Agua Caliente Casino.

On September 14, 2006, R & R participated in the Valley Wide Employment Expo sponsored by the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce at the Palm Springs Convention Center.

On October 14, 2006, R & R participated in the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce Business Expo held at ‘The River’ shopping center in Rancho Mirage.

On April 19, 2007, R & R participated in the Biznet Business Expo held at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio.

2. R & R participated in events or programs sponsored by educational institutions            relating to career opportunities in broadcasting:

On October 25, 2006, R & R representatives participated in Valley View School Career Day.  Careers in broadcasting and our internship program were presented to interested students.

On November 7, 2006, R & R representatives participated in Palm Desert High School Career Day.  Careers in broadcasting and our internship program were presented to interested students.

On May 30, 2007, R & R representatives participated in Desert Mirage School Career Day.  Careers in broadcasting and our internship program were presented to interested students.

3. R & R participated in the Southern California Broadcasters Association’s scholarship Program, which awarded the following Scholarships:
